We are pleased to offer shipping via USPS Priority 2-day for all orders shipping to locations within the United States.

Shipping is free within the US for orders over $150.

Pending credit verification, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing as orders are shipped out Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays). While shipping times may vary, you should expect to receive your order within 2 - 5 business days.

Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments and, if an order is returned due to an invalid address, it will be processed as a return. Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. 





If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.

Should you wish to return or exchange your order for personal reasons including a change of heart, you will be responsible for any postal charges relating to the return. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

For a full refund or exchange you must return the item, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, within 10 days of purchase.

Please email with the reason for the return and we will issue a return label.

We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our return policy guidelines. We cannot authorize a return if more than 10 days have gone by since the delivery of your order. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges are available on final sale items. 

In the event that your order is returned to us due to its inability to be delivered we will notify you within one business day.

A return to sender scenario as listed above can incur all new shipping charges. As Clerestory Palm Springs is not responsible for these additional expenses, it is important that you verify your shipping address upon receipt of your Sales Order Confirmation. If you notice any errors with your address, name, or contact information, please contact us within one business day so that we can correct it.



If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, please contact within 10 days of receipt to initiate a return.
